CTL On-Site Windows Support & Maintenance Plans

Let CTL Microsoft Certified Professional's become your outsourced IT department...for a fraction of the cost of hiring an additional employee. Plans include on-site break/fix, network management, server & desktop maintenance and user support.

All CTL Windows Support Plan Hours* Can Be Used For The Following:
  • Windows Servers - All versions
  • Windows Desktops - All versions
  • Patch & service pack Installation & Maintenance
  • Wireless Networking
  • Networking, wiring & domain maintenance
  • Set-up and maintenance of Network Users
  • Exchange mailbox / user management
  • Wiring
  • Disaster recovery plan, maintenance and implementation
  • Hardware Break/Fix
  • Maintenance of customer owned anti-virus software
  • Onsite delivery setup and Installation of servers, desktops, monitors
    & laptops purchased from CTL
  • Billed in 15 min increments (phone and on-site)
  • Hours Billed Door-to-door
  • Quarters are based on a calendar quarter (January 1 - March 31; April 1 - June 30; July 1 - September 31; October 1 - December 31)
  • Plan hours and pricing are pro-rated for the quarter in which they are purchased
  • Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze plans include these additional benefits:
  • 24 hr (business day) response time
  • Priority Telephone Tech support
  • Platinum and Gold Plans also include a 5% discount off of the wholesale catalog price of all CTL hardware purchases during term of the plan
Plan Quarters are defined as follows:
  • Q1 - 1/1-3/31
  • Q2 - 4/1-6/30
  • Q3 - 7/1-9/31
  • Q4 - 10/1-12/31

    Support plans may start on any day of a particular quarter and always end on the last day of a quarter. Both support hours and pricing for the quarter in which a support plan starts will be pro-rated according to the start date. For example, a Bronze Plan includes 3 hours of support per quarter for 1 year at a rate of $999/yr. If a customer starts a support plan on 2/15/04 (50% of the way through Q1), the plan start date would be 2/15/04 and the plan end date would be 12/31/04 (the last day of Q4). 1 ½ pro-rated support hours will be available to the customer in Q1, and the price of the 1 year agreement is reduced by $112.50 ($999/4=$225 per quarter)*.5 = $112.50 for a total pro-rated plan cost of $886.50.

    Platinum Plan - $7,999/yr
  • 40 hrs per quarter (160 hrs per year)
  • Represents a $16,000 value
  • Represents a discount of 50% off of standard hourly on-site service rates

    Gold Plan - $3,799/yr
  • 15 hrs per quarter (60 hrs per year)
  • Represents a $6,000 value
  • Represents a discount of 37% off of standard hourly on-site service rates

    Silver Plan - $1,999/yr
  • 7 hrs per quarter (28 hrs per year)
  • Represents a $2,800 value
  • Represents a discount of 29% off of standard hourly on-site service rates

    Bronze Plan - $999/yr
  • 3 hrs per quarter (12 hrs per year)
  • Represents a $1,200 value
  • Represents a discount of 16.75% off of standard hourly on-site service rates
      *Hours not used at end of quarter expire
    CTL On-Site Windows Support - Pre-Paid Blacks of Hours

    Perfect for consulting projects with defined objectives which require a specific amount of estimated hours to complete. Hours expire in 12 months and can be used as supplement hours to the quarterly hours in the windows support plans listed above when additional hours are needed.

    Windows Standard Hourly On-Site Plan - $100/hr
  • Billed on an hourly basis in 15 min increments
  • 1 Hour Minimum
  • For issues only pertaining to Windows Desktop or Server Operating System
  • Purchase Pre-Paid Blocks of hours and save! - Discount Table
    • For Consulting Projects with defined objectives which require a specific amount of estimated hours to complete
    • Hours do not expire and can be used as supplement hours to the quarterly hours in a Windows Support Plan when additional windows support hours are needed.

A CTL Microsoft Certified Professional can deliver, install, configure and integrate any of our servers to locations within 30 miles of a CTL Level-1 support facility...saving you both time and money.

    Windows 2000 or 2003 Server Installation Includes:
  • Delivery
  • Configuring server as a Domain Controller or member server on Network
  • Configuring DHCP
  • Configuring DNS
  • Configuring basic Operating System functions per cutomer requirements such as file sharing and IIS     (some limitations apply, consult an Account Representative for further details)
  • Configuring up to 15 client workstations
  • Testing to validate successful implementation
