For non-CTL systems and/or for CTL systems that are out of warranty, CTL provides repair services out of our Portland, Oregon facility as follows:
- Desktop/TV/Monitor Repair: $70/hr
- CTL Laptop/Netbook Repair: $70/hr
- Non-CTL Desktop/Notebook/Netbook Repair: $100/hr
- Server Repair: $120/hr, one hour minimum
- Diagnostic Fee: ½ hour labor, which is then applied towards the total labor cost if the customer chooses to repair. The only exception to this is server repair, which is simply just the one hour minimum charge.
Flat Rate Services:
- Rush Fee: $100, puts the repair in the front of the line (does not guarantee a time-frame for repair)
- Operating System Reinstall: 1 hour labor
- Installing memory, HDD, optical drive, power supply, keyboard, wireless card: ½ hour labor
- Upgrade of memory, CPU, HDD, SSD: $15 w/o data transfer, ½ hour labor with HDD cloning
- Clean up/performance tune up of Operating System: ½ hour labor
- Dust Removal/Physical Maintenance: $15
